Frequent Travellers

In order to encourage those who travel frequently with us, EcoLogin has launched this scheme where people who have travelled ten days and ten nights with us are eligible for a two day-two night trips. We shall keep track of our regular guests and ensure that they get to avail of these free offers. In fact, we plan to take them to some very special locations and include them in some of ecoLogin’s activities as well.
Referrals

Anyone who refers a minimum of five groups (30 people) gets a two day-two night trip free. The website is enabled to keep track of such people. So spread the good word about us and get to travel for free.

Cancellation

Any cancellation should be informed no less than 72 hours before departure. A sum of 10% will be deducted and the rest repaid. Any cancellation informed between 72 hours and 48 hours before departure is entitled to 25% deduction. A 24-hr-notice is entitled to 50% refund. There will be no refunds if cancellation is announced on the day of departure.

Other Terms and Conditions

ecoLogin has a strict no drinking policy in its accommodation premises as well as during its tours and treks. Smoking is a strict no-no inside the forests. We would also request you not to switch on the sound system in the cars while inside forest and also not to wear any heavy perfumes (it distracts the animals). Drinking during the trip and smoking inside forest will not be tolerated and trips might be abandoned midway for violations. Please do not leave any garbage in the places that you visit. We will carry them back to the city to be disposed properly.
